This is an inexpensive method of drilling holes into brick and concrete, using Tungsten Carbide-tipped rotary percussion drills.  Hole sizes of 3mm to 30mm Ø are available.  Percussion drilling is most commonly used for dowel bar holes and Pilot holes.
